New York Times names Kendra Kuhl a climate change visionary

For its special section on innovators advancing world-changing ideas and technologies, the Times included Cyclotron Road alumna Kendra Kuhl as a climate change visionary.

Kendra is chief technical officer of Opus 12, which has developed a device that turns waste CO2 into chemicals and fuels. She co-founded the company with fellow Cyclotron Road alumna Etosha Cave, who serves as chief science officer, and CEO Nicholas Flanders.
Our executive director Ilan Gur, quoted in the piece, cut right to the heart of Kendra's and the company's mission: "...what she’s working on could be part of a solution that potentially saves the planet."
